Following on from above I made some today in the little tin without cutting them.  I did add chopped dates to this batch.

I was always told with scones that you don’t over knead them.  Found out today you can under knead them as well.  They were crumbly.

The rise was quite good however could have been cooked a few minutes extra being one piece.

They were yummy still.
