These make for a great snack or a light lunch/dinner.

Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry
500 grams pork mince
Medium sized carrot
Medium sized zucchini
Small onion
Ground sage (or herbs to your liking)
Salt & pepper to taste
Egg yolk and a little milk for a wash
Sesame seeds

Method
Cut each pastry sheet into four. Grate the carrot and zucchini and finely dice the onion.

Place pork, carrot, onion, zucchini, herb, salt & pepper into a bowl and mix until well combined.  Divide into 8.

Place pork mix onto each pastry sheet, wipe one edge of the pastry with egg/milk wash and roll towards the egg wash.

Brush over with egg/milkwash, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated hot camp oven, hooded BBQ or RV oven for around forty minutes.

Serve with your favourite sauce.
