Ingredients
Pork chops (a thick cut preferred)
Brown sugar
Butter
Soy sauce
Black pepper

Method
Lay chops in a lightly oiled tray.  On each chop sprinkle a tablespoon of brown sugar.  Dollop on each a tablespoon of butter.  Sprinkle over some soy sauce and black pepper.

Cover tray with foil and cook for 50 minutes (around 180 degrees).  Crank up heat to around 200 degrees, remove the foil and return tray to the heat for another ten minutes to brown.

Note: The longer you leave the first cook the softer the meat will be.  I found 50 minutes really good for the size chops I had.  More cooking time under the foil will not hurt.
