Ingredients
2 pieces Atlantic salmon
1 piece ginger peeled and chopped (about 2 inches)
4 cloves garlic peeled and chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 white pepper

Method
Place salmon in a bowl and rub ginger and garlic onto it.

Stir together all other ingredients and pour over salmon and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.

Preheat camp oven or Weber.  If using camp oven oil base and place salmon pieces straight into it.  It using Weber place salmon pieces in a baking tray.

Cook at around 180 degrees for 15 minutes or cooked to your liking.  I like my salmon well done.

Tonight served with steamed green veggies and rice sprinkled with sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds. Also a sprinkling of lime juice over the fish.
