Honey Garlic Pork Chops (Read 25 times)

Ingredients
Pork chops
2 tablespoons oil
Salt & Pepper
Garlic powder
1 tablespoon butter
3 large teaspoons crushed garlic
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons honey

Method
Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown both sides of chops in oil in a skillet then cook through. Remove and set aside.

Add butter and garlic to skillet and cook for 30 seconds. Add honey, stock and vinegar and cook until sauce starts to thicken.

Return chops to skillet and cook both sides to allow sauce flavours to infuse.
