Maggie’s birthday tomorrow and she often requests something out of the usual.

The dough has been sitting maturing a couple of days in the fridge.

Topping is spinach leaves, cubed mozzarella cheese, Italian style salami, tomato, black olives, anchovies (the whole tin of John West), oregano and flaked salt.

Quite delicious with a cup of tea.
