Aart sorry we couldn't catch up with you this trip. Maybe sometime in the near future  we can make it happen. Safe travels.

Had a brief, yet pleasant catchup with
Rabbitz(Colin) this morning.
Nice to put a face to the name.

Aart

TBF,

Absolutely fantastic to catch up.

Sorry about the chainsaws!

I forgot to mention - While I know you are largely self contained, but if you guys feel the need for a proper shower, a swim, charge batteries or even just a night in a house, (etc.) before you move on, just sing out!

Thanks Colin for the offer.
We are heading home out of SA.
The vertigo is not improving.

We will return, unknown when.
So much more of SA waiting to be explored.

Set up camp at Cadell caravan Park.
Short drive to the Murray and Bird Hide overlooking wetlands.
All the necessary conveniences for $25 a night.

I remember that.  Not sure why we couldn’t get there.

Just read through the 12 pages of the Cadell COG. 8 pages to organise and then the cooking, camping and sledging really started.
Great memory.

Wonder what Rufas and Smoothas are up to these days.

Rufzgutz is still active on the Caravanners Forum but hasn’t logged onto here since August 2019.

He got upset that the Cooking Challenge wasn’t going the way he expected.
