Good morning all.

I have just spoken to the Showground and confirmed our booking arriving on 4th March and leaving on 12 March. I have reserved 8 sites but did let them know we may not take all of them. The new caretakers are in the process of taking over. Sandra is her name.

Could you please ring the Showground on 0427 771 512 and confirm the dates that you each will be there. The booking is under the name Camp Oven Cooking Group.

Maggie and I will be there for the full time.

Can you let me know when you have so that I am not needlessly chasing people up.

Have just heard from Carol and she is unable to come.
