Just letting you all know.

I had a call from Sandra this morning from the Showgrounds.

They have decided that we cannot have a fire in the main arena as we have in the past. I did explain what we do however their reasoning is they have a horse event after we leave and it could cause an indent or soft spot that would be detrimental to the horses.

We are going to all be camped just below the office in the corner and she said we can look at having a fire in the cattle yard, or sand arena as she called it.

I guess we will make an assessment when we get there.

Organising these things used to be easy once.

I would suggest everyone look at bringing Heat Beads and some sort of platform to cook up off the ground as well. I shall bring my Weber. Wink
