Leftovers from the festive season. Found a triple cream brie in the fridge and some cranberry jelly.

Mmmmmmm, baked brie was on my mind.

Sliced the top of the brie, smothered it in cranberry jelly then wrapped it in puff pastry, gave it an egg yolk wash and then into the oven to brown for around 35 minutes.

Now you could cook this in anything that you normally cook pastry in - camp oven, Weber or other covered BBQ, Cobb or even the oven in the RV or the house.

We ate a little, then ate half, then ate the other half all at one sitting. Cheesy
