I have had this idea in my mind for a while.  Not sure if it is original or not but sure is tasty.

Walking through IGA on my weekly foray there and saw a pack of six do its for $2.50 and my mind said, I can use those so made a pudding with them based on a bread and butter pudding.

Quantities would depend on your size dish or camp oven but this was mine.

INGREDIENTS
6 cinnamon donuts
Jam of your choice
1/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
900ml milk
1 teaspoon extra cinnamon
1/2 cup sultanas

METHOD
Split the donuts, spread with jam and close them upo again.  Cut each donut in half and layer them in you dish or camp oven.  Sprinkle sultanas between the layers.

Beat together the milk, egg, cinnamon and sugar to create a custard then pour over the donuts.

Bake in a medium oven, 185 degrees, for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and the custard has set.

Now you have my attention.
Going to do this for a boys club camp.
Love donuts, nothing to do with my previous career.   Grin Grin

Hi Derek
That is a pretty good  way of using them.
They always taste good just freshly made. I have also had
gluten free ones
