Just as a test I turned the gas off, listened to it sparking through the relight process and then the red light came on.  Held it in for the 5 seconds and it reset.

I am happy so far.

It runs very quickly up to 300 degrees and holds temperature on the lowest setting just below 190 degrees.

Have John to thank for this idea.

I bought the gas quick connectors for the hoses.  One for the standard hose and the other for the bayonet.  Complete with dust caps.

What a great idea.  Makes setting up and putting away a breeze and simple to switch between either.
