This was cooked in the new Weber Baby Q however could also do it in a camp oven if you wanted to keep the camp oven clean.

What I did.

Browned off the Osso Bucco.  Place on a double layer of foil, a layer of sliced onion on top, then thick sliced potato and a couple of cherry tomatoes.  Give it a dusting of salt & pepper and pour over around a quarter cup of good port.  Wrap it up and seal it before the port runs out.

Onto the Weber at 200 degrees for 2 hours.

Half an hour before the meat was done I sliced some beans, peeled and sliced a choko.  These went on foil with a few dollops of butter and a quarter cup of water then wrapped and put it on top of the meat parcels.

Dinner was an absolute delightful.

Hi Derek
Choko pickles are very nice, and fried them like potato chips
But use the younger ones.
