My daughter Alayna has just returned from a trip to America and here is a photo she took in San Fransisco.

I am sure I would have bought at least one piece to try it.   Grin

It should never be said to me,  “No, don’t cook that”.

I did it.  Cooked the bacon until reasonably crispy.  Pressed it between two baking trays in the fridge to keep it flat and to cool.  Smothered it in milk chocolate.  Back in the fridge to set.

The verdict.  Yummy.  Tastes like salted chocolate with a hint of smokey bacon.
