Browsing through my recipes on Friday and liked the sound of this recipe. As father’s day dinner was cancelled I decided to do it last night.

Came out very nice with a side of peas, beans and Warragul greens with a olive oil and lemon dressing.

Recipe is from the Mckenzie web site.

That looks pretty good. Yummmmm, I like the white beans.
