On the weekend I pulled out what I thought was a goat roast. Turns out it was a pigd head so we searched the freezer and found another couple of heads, trotters, smoked hocks and a ham bone.

One brawn coming up, no photos of the cook up but one of the loaf press and of the finished brawn.

Will have a brawn and salad dinner tonight, cheers

Had a couple of slices with salad for dinner. Very nice with a bit of French Dijon mustard. Cheers.

Sorry Derek no, had a sandwich for lunch today with brawn, lettuce, tomato and cucumber went down well. Cut it up and froze two blocks of a third each. Cheers Robert
