Do you know that feeling when you see something and think, no I don’t need but yes I want it.  Happened to me today.

I bought what looks like a very unique carving set.  Have never seen anything like it before.  These are the photos from the advertisement.

I am quite chuffed actually. I shall bring it to the COG.  Guess I might even cook a roast to see how it goes.   Smiley

Arrived today.  Going to need some very patient work to bring it up like new and the blade needs a good honing. 

Metal parts apart from the knife blade and fork tines are brass so should gleam when I have finished.
