Caravan, Camper, Motorhome.
Had this problem at the last COG.
The electrician said this is caused by vibration and should be checked every twelve months to ensure all the wiring is tight.

When I had the 240v wiring done we used RVDSAFE breakers, but it still well need checking for tightness thoughhttps://www.rvdsafe.com.au/product/rvdsafe-ei/

It was quite scary to see it when the electrician pulled it out.  This is the sort of thing that can set a van alight.

I looked at mine and it is a plug and play one so no screws to come lose.
