Christmas is always such a busy and hectic time for Maggie and me due to having such a big family and everyone loves to visit Pa & Nanna Maggie out here in the boonies.

Every year though in the lead up to Christmas we always take a little time have our own little quiet private three course Christmas dinner celebration together.  Last night was the night.

Started with an entree of grilled chorizo, sea scallops and tiger prawns with a parsley butter sauce.

The main was oyster blade beef roast with crispy duck fat potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, broccoli, brussel sprouts, a cream based gravy and horseradish sauce.

Dessert was Christmas pudding, icecream and dollop cream.

The Prosecco flowed easily throughout the night to wash it all down.

We are now ready for the big day/s.

Merry Christmas to you all.

I'm with you Murray.
That entree would be delicious.
Meal fit for a King, and a Queen.
