Pulled all the knives out this morning and spent an hour with a stone.

Did a pretty good job on them going by the slice going into one of my fingers.

I had one of those fancy water stones that I used for the first time.  Didn’t really like it so going to go back to my old oil stone.

We have some old vintage carving sets here.  One dates back to Maggie’s Grandmother so meaning to drag them out although was looking at one a while back and it looks like it might need an angle grinder on it first.  🤣
