Fish n Chips look great. I personally don't like lemon or vinegar on my fish. I like to taste the fish and not the lemon or vinegar. A bit of salt is OK. Just my taste.

One of those is a lime off the tree at home.  I prefer lime to vinegar or lemon. 

Also if cooking my own fish I like to sprinkle a little lime juice on the fillets twenty minutes to half an hour before cooking.

Potato and pumpkin mash with brussel sprouts, steak and kidney.  Best dinner in the caravan park, even if I do say so myself.    Lips Sealed

Very relaxing here at the beach.  Fishing with the grandson a few times and even though we did catch some legal size whiting they really were nothing to write about or photograph.

Cooked a pasta dish for dinner.  Diced onion, chopped bacon, tin of cherry tomatoes, olives, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, spinach and linguine all with a sprinkle of parmesan.

Was quite delicious and enough for dinner tomorrow.

Well, we are back home again.  Was an easy run today with traffic.

Home for a week and a half or so then off again down to the COG.

As for going away remember someone got to do it
I  see the school holidays are coming to an end as the caravans are coming out around our village with people getting ready to go away. one bloke even left today.

Pleased we are not heading north today.  With the long weekend there is currently a 35 kilometre deadlock of traffic heading out of Brisbane.
