Started making sausages to take to the COG.

Will have a mix of Beef, Black Pepper & Red Wine, Chicken Continental and Pork Neuremberger.

Bought the meat and cut it up. Will do the grinding and stuffing later after Maggies crochet friend leaves.

Stuffing is a two person job.

Just finished and my back is killing me.

Around 3.5 kilos all up of pork beef and chicken snags that I will vacuum seal in small lots and freeze before we head off.

Yes Brian we will have some camp oven going. Cheesy
