On the weekend I took some of my frozen Nuremberg snags to my son’s place.  They had them last night and got good praises.

I asked my granddaughter who loves cooking what she thought would be a good flavour for sausages.

She came back with “Honey Beef”.  Smiley

So now searching for a recipe but seems like Honey, Garlic & Beef may be the way to go.

More research required. Smiley

Our local butcher does a very nice chicken and Jalapeno snag.
Quite fond of fennel in snags.
Only limited to your imagination.
