When we are out and about in the motorhome we have jaffles regularly.  You have to use up your leftovers somehow.

Often we buy a cooked chook from a Supermarket.  We can get a meal as well as sandwiches for lunch for a few days and sometimes more.

In this jaffle I diced up some chicken and it went in first.  I then beat eggs with salt, pepper and a bit of paprika and poured that on the chicken.

Onto the gas stove and you have a very tasty light dinner.
