So time to start the old preparing for Christmas. This year will depending on price of local tomato’s and produce be giving relishes and jams for present.

Last week started on an Australian Corn Relish. R3cipe only made 4 jars so going to do more.

Today We did a double recipe of zucchini  relish and done 16 250ml jars. Enough for the family and the pantry.

Tomorrow or Saturday will be doing a Tomato and Sweet Chillie Relish. Hope to achieve 16 jars of each.

Idea is a small box with a tall pasta bottle of sauce and 4 small jars of other products.

May be cheaper to buy but who does not like home produce. Cheers.
