Pruned our mandarin tree the other day & had an abundance of fruit. I wanted to make marmalade but am short on time as I renovating bathroom, laundry & toilet so my wife made it. Bit of work but has cinnamon & cognac in it. Told my wife she can’t give any away it’s beautiful

Top job Gordon, my wife and I make jam and pickles.
We did a big jar of pears in red wine yesterday (recipe is SBB on this site) to take to the Bendigo swap meet in November if they last that long.

Wow, those flavours sound a yum combination.

I have a jar of chilli marmalade I was given by Maggie’s cousin that I am yet to use.  I did have some to taste when we were ant their place and it’s beautiful.

A bit of rocket fuel. From GEORGIA, one of Russia’s neighbours. I hope I have this correct. It is their answer to French Cognac. We have a Russian daughter in law & her parents often bring a gift for us when they come out to see their daughter or when our son & his family come home from over there. I have a little bit of vodka left that will give lift off.
