Maggie and I had a typical roadside diner meal for dinner.

Chips, sausage, egg and toast.   Grin Grin Grin

Homemade sausage though.  Roll Eyes

Derek
talk about roadside. I remember when I worked as a pilot escorting wide loads when the truckie would want to stop for a meal and we would park the load in the  servo truck parking and go into truckie only part of the servo and have a truckie  breakfast and you would have a very large meal on a very large plate.

Must admit Kev, I used to enjoy those greasy big breakfasts.  Generally way more than you could eat.  Used to often find one that did a mixed grill where you got a bit of everything, sometimes even a bit of liver on it.  They were good as well.

There was no respect for healthy eating in those meals.  Grin

These days it is usually just an egg jaffle cooked in the motorhome when travelling.   Cheesy

I do not miss the wide load escorting. There was not much of a chance of attending to the call of nature whilst
escorting Shocked Angry
Once the truck was going the truck never stopped until the
the driver wanted to  Most days we drove from day light to dark.
1,000 plus ks a day.
