Just bought two of the racks.  A 4 bone and a 5 bone.  One in the freezer and the other one later in the week cooked in the Weber Kettle.

Now I will need to go to Bunnings for some Heatbeads.   Cheesy

This is a good price for pork tenderloin.  Actually I think any meat under $10 a kilo is pretty good.

That is good for loin but then I’ll take most cuts under $10 a kilo.

Most likely not make anything at this stage.  They make great roasts if not overly fatty and also good sliced for steaks.

Not doing sausage at present as I doubt my ears would cope with the noise from the grinder..

Picked up a nice little Pork Loin Roast at our local IGA this morning.  Only $6.99 a kilo and at 1.236 kilos only cost $8.64.

Nice size for just the two of us.

Roast pork for dinner.

It turned into a nice little roast pork with great crackling.
