I am known in the family as the gadgets man.   Grin Grin

This little InkBird BBQ Thermometer arrived in the mail today.  Been promising myself one for a long time.

It has 4 probes.  One for ambient inside the BBQ and three food probes.

Not only that it has a wireless connection to an App on both my iPad and iPhone so I can sit in the lounge while things are cooking and still see what is happening in the Weber.

Nice to be able to sit back in the lounge and check the temperature inside the Weber Kettle outside as well as the temperature of the pork roast on my iPad without having to go out in the cold.   Cheesy

Dinner is not far off now though. I will take it higher than the preset of 63. I think that is for American pork.   Huh
