Was going through some old photos.
Thought it may generate some forum activity if I/We put some photos of past COGS, cooking comps etc. Anything to do with camp oven cooking.

I've selected one from COGS that include some of my favorite people.

We've had some good storms at our COGs.
Be hard to pick the best, however 3 in one afternoon at Thora would be hard to beat.

I think one of the best COG storm stories is to sit and listen to Topknot (Jillian) tell the one where her and Snow were in the little two man tent that filled up with water during the night at Broke.   Only Jilli can tell it. Grin Grin Grin Grin

Anyone still have their pens from Yetman?
Just thought I'd let everyone know the warranty just ran out. LOL.

I carry mine in my bag wherever I go.   I guess that warranty doesn’t cover a new refill either.  Mines getting low.  Grin Grin

This photo is a good one for me taken at one of the COG’s at the Glenreagh Recreation Grounds.

These were our first taste of Rory’s home made sausages cooked over charcoal.

It was these and subsequent conversations that lead me to start making my own sausages, salami and cured meats.

COG’s have always been a learning experience for me.  Pick up something new everytime.
