Made eighteen little muffin pan sized rustic apple pies today.

Using up what was in the fridge twelve with shortcrust pastry and six with shortbread pastry base puff pastry lids.

Unfortunately, for me, I forgot to grease the six cup tray so they are stuck.   Grin Grin Grin Grin

Going to leave them until cold and try and scoop them out.   Smiley
