I have tried eating kangaroo a few times but just not to my taste.

It isn’t awful but if there is lamb on the same menu I would go for the lamb.

Just saw these and wonder how they would go in a long slow cook.

Would be worth ago but may need extra fat via bacon as it is a lean meat.
