Ooooohhhhh I spoil us.

Pork ribs slow cooked in the Weber for several hours.  Whole baked spud with sour cream and chives and fresh coleslaw.

Got the Dutch Cream spuds at a roadside stall, fresh out of the ground.

We had a small lamb leg roast and veggies in the kettle bbq.

My Mrs is on a diet, and according to the points system of this diet, roast lamb and veggies is zero points, the only plus points were from the skerrick of oil on the veggies (to keep the spices in place).

Apparently my insistence on having a roast last night has opened a new window—I expect it's going to mean we go through even more blue bag heatbeads!

I admit I am an agent of Satan, however, my duties are largely ceremonial.
