Hi Troops,
I made some Chicken Soup today for some freeloader friends and to top things off I knocked up a few Pizza's in the 16" Lodge. Here is some Happy Snaps. Smiley

I used the Laucke Crusty White premix bread for the bases (what a treat-try this it's sensational)
Built the Pizza's with preferred toppings (ham pineapple capsicum & onion) used a Big W perforated non stick Pizza tray.10 minutes in the Lodge. And folks the rest is history Skip was only left the crumbs.!!

All the best

Nice going mate,
When I do pizza's I just use plain un bleached flour, sugar & yeast.
Works just as good & you dont waste the bread mix Smiley
I like mine thin & crispy, so I just roll it real thin & prick it with a fork, it still rises a bit but not so doughy.

I'll give that a try too thanks Mick-always on the lookout for something new. The bread mix I used was very light and extra crispy. A bit like a Pan Pizza I suppose. I only made two but that was nowhere near enough.Smiley
I also pricked the dough with a fork.

Wow they look delicioza

Pita bread is a great base.
When my girls were home we usually finished off the meal with a Banana Pizza

Pita bread, a little tomatoe sauce, some cheese, plenty of sliced banana, lots more cheese.
sounds a strange combination but always a hit with them and any of their friends who were sharing the meal.

Banana Pizza

Try this:
chuck some butter in a pot on medium heat, then some soft brown sugar and melt, then throw in some long ways sliced Bananas and cook till caramelised!
Serve on a Pizza if you wish!  This is a nice Dinner Party trick Wink
