We have been making Pissed Plums  for a few years

Ya need
packet of prunes
bottle of port
a syringe { see nurse for sharp thing}
glass airtight bottle

Mefod

inject each prune with port using syringe { lookout for fingers}
LICK up any split port
sum prunes will split on injection, eat these
place prunes in glass jar
cover with port
marinate for between 30 seconds to whenever
serve chilled Pissed Plums with Ice Cream
drink remaining juice and sleep well

I started out with nothing and still have most of it

UUmmmmmm! I ate the whole bottle today Sooty. I reckon I could just about Sh*t through a donut from 20 metres. They sure are moreish aren't they? I can't get the same Buzz from a bottle of Rum so I reckon the alcohol content increased with time.
Guess what? I'm going again, I reckon if your gunna be a bear be a Grizzly, so off to Woolies tomorrow for more Prunes Grin Grin

Regards Skip

As you know I only use op rum with mine, but on reflection port might suit the taste buds of most.

Mine are still soaking and I guess in a couple of weeks I will choc coat them, I'm not tempted to eat them unless they have the chocolate on.

I feel dizzy at the thought of the alcohol content in one!!!

Just did up two 1litre jars of prunes one with run the other port and put them in a dark hiding hole ready for Christmas.
Not sure if they will get the chocolate dip treatment.but will keep you posted
