Bit big Muzz, but what the heck.  Maybe, I just have had this 10"/25 cm Wagner Ware  fry pan for 43 years.  Still it's my fav. cooking utensil.  Lid makes all the difference.

Try cooking your beef nice and slow with the lid on!!!!

Cracker of a skillet Muzz,
Don't listen to LK, you can never go too big with cooking gear!!
I have a 10" skillet with lid & sometimes it is just not quite big enough!!
Ci lids come in real handy for omelette's etc, put some coals on top & cook both sides at once, they puff up like a soufle'

Mick & LK
I have discovered after writing that post that a Metters 12" lid fits perfect that makes this even better..heat both sides if needed.
LK it is heavy but my wife is strong Grin Grin Grin

Good one Muzz, now you've alerted everyone the price will go up and they'll become as scarce as genuine Furphy's LOL

When I die I hope my missus doesn't sell my camp ovens  for what I told her I paid for them. pd

I have a few Camp Chef skillets & boy do they take some beating cooking a steak or any kind of meat. They are available from Anaconda and really are the grouse.
