Be prepared to do a little sanding before you season it George, they do grind off any dags at the foundry but I just finished it off a little more, if they spent too much time on them you can imagine what it would do to the price.
All in all a very nice CO, my chinese 15" was my favourite over the Cabellas & even my Metters, not anymore!!!!! BIG, BOLD & BEAUTIFUL BILLMANS!!

I did a pork roast in mine on the weekend which was about 5Kg, would have struggled to fit it in the 15", cooked slow for about 5hrs & came out falling off the bone!!!

Are Billmans camp ovens made at the Castlemaine Foundry?
I bought two new Furphy ovens before Millmerran and was somewhat disappointed to learn they are made in China and have been since 1989 (I read in this Forum somewhere).
