Hey Skip here cometh the Biltong box, nearly finished, a bit concerned about the turbo fan, might suck the guts out of every thing.

Hi Michael,

Excellent job mate, I don't have any fan in mine at all. I have never seen the need for one either. I'm not saying it won't work better just never seen 'em with one.

I have a Batten Holder with a 40 watt light bulb in it to generate enough heat to help dry the Biltong in humid conditions (and I get to eat it sooner).

I know it is work in progress but ensure you cut holes holes for ventilation (the fan might fix this problem)

Very interested to see your progress mate so keep up with the snaps!!

Skip there is a series of vent holes in the top not shown on the picture, will condiser the 40w globe
