I read this Saturday night and just had to try it out for Sunday breakfast.

bugga, no zip-locks but had some oven bags in the cupboard Wink

made up 2 omelets and followed the instructions.

the taste was there, but was stuck to the inside of the oven bags.

will definately try the zip-locks next time.

tasted you-beaut though Cheesy Cheesy

Cant find a Ziploc in Woolworths or Coles, now what?
Got plenty of Organic Free Range eggs from Inwoods Boodua near Kingsthorpe who deliver to the Pub every two weeks when you will find just about every person sitting at the bar has 1 doz or 2 doz on the bar next to their beer Grin Grin Grin

Use any of the cliplock type bags David. I use Coles own brand called Snap Seal.

I had a job as the cook on a Tag-along tour to the Tip of Cape York but this is a new one to me.
Tried out on Beryl earlier this week, turned out real good, but still uncooked in the middle so nuked it on toast.
