Went shopping today at Coles where I mostly shop and if you bought 3 packets of any Philly products you got a very nice book valued at $34.  It has lots of great recipes sweet and savoury that could easily be adapted for Camp Oven cooking.  Lots of pretty pictures for ideas also  Wink Wink

Firstly you wouldnt have to buy three packs!!!!!!!  Three products is what was called for.

I buy the mini tubs - I bought 2 they are just the right size for spreading instead of butter.  I usually also buy the light variety to further help with the calories.  Smiley

My favourite way to eat them is for breakfast on toast topped with smoked salmon, capers and a squirt of lemon.

I bought a packet as well to make up the three and could use that to make another raspberry and cream cheese bread and perfect its appearance LOL.

They also have a combined chilli sauce and cream cheese round product which you could have with drinks.

In the book they use it in some amazing things, meat balls, gucamole dip, quiches, pizza, salads, savoury and sweet mini tarts and on on for 75 interesting recipes.

The use by date on my philly is Mar 2010 so it lasts a while.

Hope this answers your question  Wink  Wink
