Well my Cobb GRIDDLE  finally arrived at BCF Toowoomba after two months from ordering.
Would have been quicker to order direct from Cobb Australia direct mail order.
Like all Cobb accessories, not cheap, but it does have some applications. Going to cook a Cleaver's butterfly leg of lamb on it tomorrow, after previously using the Cobb Roasting Rack for these.

The butterfly Cleavers lamb turned out superbly tonight on the new Cobb Griddle with 9 Heat Beads - bliss! Turned it once half way through (after 45 minutes). With a combination of the Cleavers oregano and mint marinade and the Heat Bead barbecue taste, this is one of the nicest items ever cooked on the Cobb - and so tender while slightly charred on the outside!

Well I use my Cobb most nights out on the decking. Wonderful 6 heat beads. That will cook dinner and boil the kettle to wash up with.
I purchased the extension ring that keeps the wind off the pan. The ring also help the "drawing" when the lid is on.
Sunday morning cooking the pan cakes on the Cobb listening to Macca on the ABC its wonderful.  Kiss
Salomon on the pan poaching in lemon juice and herds only takes a few minutes once the juice is hot. just the way the flavors are pushed through meat is wonderful.
Rib Eye steaks slow cooked are just devine. Smiley

Welcome to the forum Wander.

Eating at your place sounds like a great time out.
Pancakes and Maccas is a great combination.
