I actually posted this a long time ago after uploading it to my website however with a lot of new members I thought it time to revisit it.

In the main forum menu click on downloadable Recipe Book.  This will give you a link to save the file to your computer.  When you have saved it click on it to open the recipe book.  Use the blue. red, green, yello tabs on the right hand side to navigate.

This is guaranteed spy-ware and virus free and is safe to download to any PC

These recipes will surprise you.
