hi all
I have mentioned in a post in the cog section awhile ago about cooking I prefer to ue a weber be it Baby Q or charcoal in a kettle my beautiful wife and I have brought the wifes mother and brother out to aust 4 a short holiday and I have done a bit of cooking for them lately. today I did a leg of lamb boned and buterflied marinated in a mongolian marinade there was nothing left of it after dinner.

put a couple of hickory chunks on about 1/2 hr
before end ;luverly light smokey flavor Tongue

if you plan on using your weber a fair bit, i would recommended getting a "weber" gas conversion kit. cost approx $80. well worth it for instant cooking and you can cook approx 15-20 full size roasts with one 9kg bottle

yeah daryl, i should use my weber more often, but now have "castironitis" the old co's get a fair workout instead
