hi all
I have mentioned in a post in the cog section awhile ago about cooking I prefer to ue a weber be it Baby Q or charcoal in a kettle my beautiful wife and I have brought the wifes mother and brother out to aust 4 a short holiday and I have done a bit of cooking for them lately. today I did a leg of lamb boned and buterflied marinated in a mongolian marinade there was nothing left of it after dinner.

if you plan on using your weber a fair bit, i would recommended getting a "weber" gas conversion kit. cost approx $80. well worth it for instant cooking and you can cook approx 15-20 full size roasts with one 9kg bottle

Nice job en looks like it would have been cleaned up pretty quick.I have a weber myself and the roasts always come up a treat.Can't beat a bit of roast lamb mmmmm...

Nothing fancy or new here, just a hooded gas bbq,  Sparky cooked (under supervision) a perfect pork roast.  I think half the battle is a good butcher, the ham was perfection and the pork stopped moist for about three days.
