Hi jackparsons
I already have the gas conversion kit and use it at diferent times when cooking.
For the most of my cooking I use the heat beads or straight charcoal which add extra flavour to whatever I am cooking I find that I enjoy the initial setting up starting the beads sitting back relaxing while I wait for the beads to be ready. Thank you for your input.
The most of my gas cooking though is done on my baby Q like this morning I did a small ham on Q
this is the finished ham glazed with brown sugar
