Saw this handy gadget at Casino cooking Comp, Aart cooks for large groups and I thought it might interest him, and this is user friendly. Pumpkin can be a hard job at times and this makes short work of it. Cut big Queensland blues with ease.
Cost less than $15.00

I must have missed this post.
That would make light work of a Queensland Blue.
Also a poorly placed finger.
Need to keep your mind on the job while using it.
I do like it as well.

thanks Muzz

Aart
It is safer than a hand held knife, and does not roll in your hand and does it with ease. I have been of air for a while, more on Mickel post.
