A while back I bought an Everdure Neo Buddy BBQ to use with the caravan.  The caravan has a gas bayonet on it so I can simply plug it in.

Purchased from Bunnings at half the cost of other similar BBQ's

I expect it will be fantastic for when there is a fire ban and I could still cook anything.

They come standard with a BBQ plate that slopes towards the middle and this can make it difficult to cook things like eggs and pancakes as they tend to fall.

Here is a pic of it

...

You can see how the plate slopes to the centre

...

Off to Barbecues Galore and I picked up two stainless steel wire grills that were discounted to $5 each.

...

Five minutes later with a stainless cutting blade in the angle grinder they fit like a glove

...

My $12 Aldi teppanyaki plate sits on it nicely and will serve well for eggs and hot cakes and anything else that tends to roll to the centre with the original plate

...

Can sit an aluminium baking dish on it for a nice roast

...

All sorts of baking trays will fit in nicely.

Good thinkin' Derek. Smiley The lid doesn't look to be very high for roasting though?

It's only cooking for two so should be fine.  Haven't done a roast in it yet.

Instead of a large chicken will have to use a spatchcock.  Grin Grin Grin

The judge's decision is final... unless the 3rd umpire is called for... or a facebook campaign goes viral !!!
