That  comes from a hooded bbq. you can buy them from bbq's galore.

I use that a fair bit for certain dishes.

A bit low for a loaf of bread, but scones would come up a treat.

The Best Duty Super Bread Pan arrived today with a thump on the porch!
A very excellent recipe/care brochure enclosed.
Very nice item indeed.  Uses Heat Beads or bake in house oven. Recipe uses 1kg flour to make one loaf.
SATOOZ will have more stocks in 1-2 weeks.

How did you go with this, David?

1kg flour sounds about right for a big loaf... I use 4 cups for my Hi Fibre loaf

I take it the lid simply sits on top, rather than slides on/off...

The judge's decision is final... unless the 3rd umpire is called for... or a facebook campaign goes viral !!!
