I have another very authoritative "Dutch Oven Cookbook, QVIST, Outdoor Camping - Version 2008 - 1 US" that I downloaded and printed in A5 booklet form.

Picture attached.

For the love of me, I cannot find the English (from the original Dutch) translation again, try as I might. Plenty of sites offering a .pdf version in Dutch. Buggered if I dunno!!!

Maybe someone smarter at surfing the web than I may be able to locate it.

This is a good resource. he also has an addendum for 2013 which if memory serves me correctly is about 74 pages. Apparently he is going to try and publish a yearly addendum. I'm sure he is retired.

There is no evidence to support the notion that life is serious.
