I was practising for when we get old and infirm. Hehehehehe

Bought a cooked chook from Woollies the other day and after having a meal off it had all this yummy stuff left over so pulled all the meat and bits off the carcass and chopped it up.  Into a pot with a cup of stock, I use the one cup little packs of Campbell's, and six cups of water.  Diced up some potatoes, carrots, onion and celery and dropped that in with some salt and pepper to taste and a sprinkle of dried thyme.  Don't need much salt, if any, as the stock has plenty.

On to the heat and simmer for half an hour or so until veggies are cooked.  Like all these wet dishes much tastier the next day and great with some toast.
